It allows the user to “upload” accounting data via the web link to the remotely hosted accounts software application. The application will then return data online and on demand in the format of various reports that the user can understand at a glance.

Customer Database – Use to create and store your customer data for use in addressing invoices. Macros linking to popular office applications also allow you to quickly and easily create letters and spreadsheets.

Supplier Database – Use to create and store your supplier data for use in creating supplier invoices. Macros linking to popular office applications also allow you to quickly and easily create letters and spreadsheets.

Purchase Ledger Module – Upload your supplier invoice data to the system.

Sales Ledger Module – Upload your customer invoice data to the system.

Bank Module – Upload your supplier payments and customer receipts data to the system.

Notes – Through out the database, there are screens that offer the facility to make notes. Whether on the customer side or the supplier side, these notes are permanently stored unless the user deletes them.

Reports Module – Standard reports are available to show Aged Debtors and Creditors, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Nominal Activity.

Bespoke Reports – Basically, any data that is entered or calculated through the application can be retrieved and presented in a report format.
